Family Background
Jennifer was born near San Francisco, where her mother’s family settled after emigrating from El Salvador in the 1960s. Her father’s family originally came from Greece, passing through Ellis Island in New York on their way to settle in California in the 1930s.
Her father served the city of Sacramento as a lifetime Assistant District Attorney in the Major Narcotics division and her brother currently serves as a Lieutenant with the Redding Police Department. Her mother dedicated her career to caring for patients in the medical system as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit.
Her family’s background in the justice field as well as her diverse, multicultural heritage inspired Jennifer to pursue a profession where she could represent individuals and families as they seek to establish their lives in the United States. Jennifer presently lives in Roanoke, Virginia with her two young children.
